What to expect in Nuremberg

Breweries and beverage producers run on heat. Mashing, wort boiling, cleaning-in-place, pasteurisation and bottle washing all need a steady supply of steam and hot water, and in most plants that steam still comes from a gas boiler. Efficiency upgrades and heat recovery reduce how much heat you need. The next question is where the rest of it should come from: keep burning gas or switch to electricity, electrify now or wait, carry the capex or buy the steam. We have spent ten years and two commercial installations answering those questions in practice, including the thermal energy storage unit at KALL Ingredients in Hungary.

We are not exhibiting this year. Danny is there to meet brewers and beverage producers, compare notes, and show what electrified steam looks like on a real production site.

Not going to Nuremberg? Book a call with Danny anyway.
