Heatcube update at KALL Ingredients

Progress is steaming ahead at KALL Ingredients!

We've begun E-tracing cable installation for the Molten Salt Tanks, as well as around the steam generator and super heater. Meanwhile, the pre-fabrication of pipe spools is well underway at our fabricator and pipe installer, with on-site installation set to begin shortly.

Alongside this, we’ve successfully installed secondary pipe supports, cable trays, and scaffolding to support ongoing heat tracing work and cable tray installation.

This rapid progress marks another significant step toward completion and the delivery of Heatcube, bringing us closer to decarbonizing KALL's industrial processes.

Stay tuned for more updates as we head towards the end of this year.

Industry insights: Heatcube recognized for pioneering decarbonization of high-temperature heat

The Future Cleantech Architects report on Decarbonizing High-Temperature Heat has highlighted Kyoto Group for our innovative contributions to transforming industrial energy.

High-temperature heat accounts for nearly 50% of industrial energy use and is often inefficient and carbon-intensive. With advanced thermal storage, businesses in Europe and beyond are increasingly realizing the potential to store energy when it’s cost-effective or sourced from their own renewable supply.

This recognition is more than an acknowledgment of our technology—it’s a clear indication that industries can reach net-zero targets without compromising operational performance
